RETURN, REFUND, & LIMITED EXCHANGE POLICY

This Return, Refund, & Exchange Policy (the “Return Policy”) governs ZO & AV’s apparel products (“Product” or “Products”) purchased through the online and mobile websites at www.zoandav.com. This Return Policy is incorporated by reference into the ZO & AV’s Master Terms of Service (the “Terms”). Any terms used, but not defined, in this Policy will have the meanings set forth in the Terms.

I. Standard Return, Refund & Exchange Policy:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase or gift from ZO & AV. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, you may return your order within 14 calendar days of the date of delivery as stated on the shipment order receipt (“Shipment Receipt”) for a full refund or product exchange. Products must be accompanied by a copy of the original sales or gift receipt (“Sales or Gift Receipt”).

Upon receipt of a Product, ZO & AV reserves the right to deny a return if the merchandise does not meet its return and exchange policy requirements and conditions, all of which must be met:

• A Product must be in the original condition shipped by ZO & AV with the tags attached. A Product that is worn, altered, physically damaged, laundered or professionally cleaned will not be accepted for a return or exchange, nor will a refund or credit be issued.

• A Product returned for refund or exchange must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of the Shipping Receipt.

• You must provide ZO & AV with proof of the original date of purchase. Proof constitutes a copy of the Sales or Gift Receipt.

• The Product returned for refund or exchange must be in either its original packaging (polybag) or packaging providing an equal degree of protection, to the address set forth below.

II. Product Returns For Refund:

For Products returned for a refund, you are responsible for all return shipping costs, insurance costs, duties, fee, or tariff and ZO & AV is not liable for any damages incurred while the Product is en route or in the possession of the third-party shipping service.

Please visit “Return” section at www.zoandav.com to obtain a prepaid shipping label. For Products purchased within the United States, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from the amount of the refund owed to you.

Returns & refunds will be processed and paid via the original payment method stated on the Sales or Gift Receipt within 7-10 business days of ZO & AV’s receipt of the returned Product.

III. Product Returns For Exchange:

For Products returned for exchange, ZO & AV will pay the return shipping costs.

Please visit “Return” section at www.zoandav.com to obtain a prepaid shipping label and complete the Exchange Order Form. Please make sure to include the Exchange Order Form with the returned Products.

Products that are exchanged for value less than the original purchase as reflected on the Sales or Gift Receipt will receive a credit that may be used for a future ZO & AV purchase. We will issue to you, via email, a gift code equal to the value of the credit.

IV. Errors or Defective or Damaged Products That You Receive From ZO & AV:

In the event that we process an order incorrectly or you receive a damaged or defective Product(s), we will gladly replace or exchange the Product(s) at our expense if we receive timely notice of our mistake. To arrange to replace your product, within 72 hours of delivery of the Product(s) as reflected by the Shipping Receipt, please contact ZO & AV at sales@zoandav.com and describe the error, damage or defect. We will respond to you within 48 hours.
